Data storage
All data is stored in human readable plain text apart from passwords. Passwords are stored with a hashing algorithm.

Data and retention
The following tables show data we store, the retention rates, how the data is purged, what legal grounds we have the rights to collect and store data and guidance notes.

Right to update data
From our self service data request page we offer guidance on how to edit data we store in relation to your account. The majority of data can be edited via your profile page.

Right to access data
You may request access to a copy of the data we store in relation to your account, this is without charge. We provide a self service tool within the site / apps setting menu, select the option 'Data request'.

Right to transfer data
You can copy and paste your data via the 'Data Request' self service tool and ask another service provider to incorporate in to their system / service.

Verification images
During the registration process, five images are captured from a live video feed. These images are stored and displayed to Members to help mitigate the risk of engaging with non-genuine individuals. The images are pixelated with a coarse grid by default. This grid is refined based on VIP status or interaction with other Memebers as defined below:

VIP Members see other Members verification images with a fine grid.
Members who have interacted with each other see verification images with a fine grid.
Members who have not interacted with each other see verification images with a coarse grid.

The Company reserves the right to change the resolution of the above grids at a later date.

Verification images are shared across all accounts held by you within our network. In the event that an account is deleted, the verification images shall be retained until such time as your final remaining account is removed. This retention is necessary to maintain your verification status and to ensure that verification is required only once.

Right to delete data
You can erase all the data we hold in relation to your account with the 'Delete account' option from the settings menu. Any data we need to keep for legal reasons (mainly accounting and security) will be stored anonymously.

Third parties
The following companies process may handle data in relation to your account.

Google
Providers of web analytics and statistics.

CCBill
An online payment processor. We provide them with an encrypted version of your internal user id. Any other information you will enter / provide when making a payment.

PayPal
An online payment processor. We provide them with an encrypted version of your internal user id. Any other information you will enter / provide when making a payment.

Apple
A hardware and software company. We provide them with an encrypted version of your internal user id. Any other information you will enter / provide when making a payment.

Marketing communications
Communications are split into three types;

Compulsory - These are transactional email alerts including but are not limited to, account confirmation, password changes, email changes, picture approvals, terms and conditions, privacy policy.
Optional alerts - These are new alert/message notifications and general usage advice.
Optional newsletter - This includes but is not limited to, links to articles, surveys, cross site promotion.

Who do we disclose information to
We will only disclose your information when requested by law enforcement or in relation to a criminal offence.

Termination of account
When you delete your account all your personal data is erased. If your account is banned some data may be stored to prevent a new registration being performed. The stored data is hashed so it is not in a human readable form.

Picture moderation
Periodically we may re-review profile pictures, this is due to changes including but not limited to regional laws, app store policies, advertiser or The Companies branding.

Back ups
All data is backed up and in the event of a server failure there is a remote chance that your data may revert to a previous state or data that you erased may be reinstated.

How to we protect the data
When The App/Site communicates with the server all traffic and data is encrypted with SSL. The Company provides no guarantee that the data cannot be extracted by a third party via hacking or other cyber attacking processes.

Cookies
We use one persistent cookie to allow automatic login. If you choose to logout of The App/Site this cookie will be deleted.

Third party links on Website
Links to websites that are not owned by The Company are to be used at The Members own risk.

The Company is the owner, developer and operator of the App/Site.

Definitions
Member / Members
Any person using the App/Site to communicate with other Members.

The App/Site
The website, mobile applications, and all associated software and systems operated by the Company.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions and the App/Site operate under the laws of England and Wales.

Nature of the Service
The App/Site is an online dating and social networking platform for adults aged 18 and over.

The service allows Members to discover, communicate with, and meet other Members online and/or offline.

The Company does not:

  • allow nudity on profiles or public areas of the App/Site
  • sell or distribute adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit media
  • offer, sell, or facilitate sexual services of any kind
  • charge Members for sexual interaction or sexual outcomes

Any upgraded or paid access relates solely to enhanced communication features, including message access.

Safety
Members must read the dating safety advice available on the App/Site prior to use.

Profiles and Content
All information provided by Members must be accurate and not misleading.

Profiles must not contain contact details including email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, or social media identifiers.

Members may upload images provided that:

  • the image depicts the Member
  • the Member owns the rights to the image
  • the image does not contain nudity or sexually explicit material

The Company may remove any content that does not contribute positively to the App/Site.

Members acknowledge that other Members may capture screenshots. Where possible, the Company avoids using Member images in marketing and will attempt to anonymise identifying details.

Limited profile information and pixelated images may appear on public areas of the App/Site.

Abuse and Conduct
The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour.

Members may report abuse using the reporting tools available on profiles and private messages.

Accounts may be terminated immediately for behaviour including but not limited to:

  • harassment or bullying
  • racism, homophobia, or hate speech
  • threatening or intimidating behaviour

Other Members
The Company does not perform background or criminal record checks on Members.

Members are responsible for their own actions and for exercising caution when interacting with others.

Members should never share banking details or send money to other Members.

The Company is not liable for losses arising from interactions between Members.

Verification
The App/Site includes a face-liveness verification system which may be mandatory in certain jurisdictions. This system assists with age verification and fraud prevention.

Messages and Alerts
The App/Site provides multiple notification types including Likes, Flirts, and Messages.

The Company will not use private messages to communicate with Members and will only contact Members via email for security reasons.

Banned Members
Accounts may be restricted or deleted without notice if these terms are breached.

Members attempting to re-register after being banned may be removed again.

Termination
Members may delete their accounts at any time via the App/Site.

The Company may terminate accounts that do not contribute positively to the App/Site.

Where applicable, paid access may be refunded on a pro-rata basis subject to payment processor rules.

Copyright and Trademarks
All content, software, and branding associated with the App/Site is protected by intellectual property law.

Provision of Service
The Company does not guarantee uptime, data retention, or continued availability of the App/Site.

Usage Restrictions
Members must be at least 18 years old and comply with their local laws.

The App/Site may only be used for personal dating and social interaction.

Members must not:

  • use the App/Site for commercial or financial gain
  • solicit professional or paid services
  • engage in illegal activity including fraud or exploitation
  • collect or scrape data from other Members

Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Malicious Software
The Company is not responsible for malware or harmful software resulting from use of the App/Site.

Upgrades, Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are processed by third-party providers including:

  • CCBill – https://www.ccbill.com
  • PayPal – https://www.paypal.com
  • Apple (iOS) – https://www.apple.com

Upgraded access provides enhanced communication features only.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant payment processor.

Subscriptions must be cancelled prior to renewal.

Lifetime access refers to the operational lifespan of the service.

Associated Websites
The Company operates a network of associated dating websites which may share Members.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved under the courts of England and Wales.

Law Enforcement
The Company will cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

DMCA
Valid copyright infringement notices must be submitted using the contact details listed on the App/Site.

Limitation of Liability
Any claim against the Company shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Member.

Updates to Terms
The Company may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Fair usage is defined as fewer than ten messages sent and upgraded access used for less than 48 hours.
